Dashlane does not (although I don't believe 1Password does, either). Some password managers require admin privileges to install, which limits the devices I can install it on. I am an irregular VPN user, but I do use it in some locations for privacy reasons, so the incremental cost to have it bundled is worth it to me. Once I couldn't delete the duplicates because they kept coming back every time I did a sync. I've had sync issues where many passwords get duplicated, confusing me about which one was actually the current password. I spend a lot of time fighting the browser extension when it wants to autofill things I don't want it to autofill, and I've had a lot of broken passwords due to it not capturing things correctly when I create a new account or update a password.
